Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the guest and La Rose Homestay, Mayyanad, Kollam. By confirming a reservation and/or occupying the premises, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and agreed to the following provisions.

1. Reservations and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by management.

A valid government-issued identification document must be presented by all guests at the time of check-in.

Payment terms, including advance and balance settlement, must be fulfilled as agreed prior to or at check-in. Management reserves the right to cancel or refuse check-in in the absence of valid identification or completed payment.

Base occupancy and extended occupancy limits must be strictly adhered to. Additional charges apply for approved extra guests.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to prior approval and availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation terms shall be governed by the booking agreement in effect at the time of reservation.

Cancellations made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled check-in date may attract a retention charge equivalent to one night’s stay.

No-shows and premature departures are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Use of Property and Conduct

Guests shall use the premises solely for lawful residential purposes.

Any illegal activities, possession or consumption of prohibited substances, or behaviour that disturbs neighbours or other occupants is strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours shall be observed, particularly during late evening and night hours.

Unregistered guests or visitors are not permitted without prior consent of management.

Management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund in cases of misconduct, violation of policies or unsafe behaviour.

5. Safety and Risk

Guests acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their personal safety and that of accompanying minors.

Children must be supervised at all times, especially in outdoor, rooftop and wet areas.

First aid equipment and fire extinguishers are provided on the premises; however, guests remain responsible for prudent and safe conduct.

La Rose Homestay shall not be held liable for personal injury, loss, theft or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

6. Facilities and Amenities

Facilities including kitchen access, laundry services, and electric vehicle charging may be made available subject to prior approval and applicable charges.

Guests shall use all amenities responsibly and in accordance with provided instructions.

Hot water systems, electrical appliances and other utilities must be used with due care.

7. Damage and Indemnity

Guests shall be financially responsible for any loss, damage or breakage caused to the property, furnishings, fixtures or equipment beyond reasonable wear and tear.

Management reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs from the guest.

8. Force Majeure

La Rose Homestay shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Right of Admission

Management reserves the absolute right of admission and the right to refuse service or terminate occupancy in the interest of safety, security or policy compliance.

By confirming a reservation and occupying the premises, guests agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in full.
