House Rules – La Rose Homestay

La Rose is a privately managed homestay built with passion and care. We request our guests to treat the home with the same respect they would offer their own. The following guidelines are designed to ensure comfort, safety, and a pleasant experience for everyone.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).

Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated, subject to availability and prior confirmation. Additional charges may apply.

Valid government ID is required for all adult guests at the time of check in as per local regulations.

La Rose is a couple-friendly homestay managed by open-minded hosts who respect individual choices and privacy. We welcome responsible guests who value comfort, dignity, and mutual respect.

The base occupancy of La Rose Homestay is 6 guests, comfortably accommodated within the three spacious bedrooms of the villa. The standard tariff applies to this base number.

The villa can host up to a maximum of 12 guests. For larger groups, additional sleeping arrangements in designated areas can be organized upon prior request. Extended occupancy beyond the base number will be charged separately as per the agreed rate.

Any additional bedding must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

For safety, comfort, and compliance reasons, the total number of guests including children must not exceed the confirmed occupancy limit.

Children below 6 years of age are accommodated complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Extra bedding or additional arrangements, if required, may attract additional charges and must be requested in advance.

We understand that travel plans may change. Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing.

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check in date are eligible for a full refund of the advance amount, after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges.

Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will attract a retention charge equivalent to 50% of one night’s stay.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check in or in case of no show are non refundable.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or genuine emergencies, we may review the case at our discretion. As a small, personally managed homestay, last minute cancellations significantly impact operations. We appreciate your understanding and responsible booking decisions.

La Rose is furnished with heritage elements, antique pieces, and carefully curated décor. Please handle all furniture, fittings, and artefacts with care.

Any damage, breakage, or loss must be informed immediately. Replacement or repair costs, if applicable, will be charged accordingly.

The villa is ideal for couples,  families and large groups seeking privacy and togetherness. We request guests to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, especially during late hours.

Loud music is not permitted after designated quiet hours. Private gatherings are allowed only within agreed limits and must not disturb neighbors.

Illegal activities, substance abuse, or any unlawful behavior is strictly prohibited.

Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Day visitors must be informed in advance. Large gatherings, parties, or events require prior approval from the hosts. The rooftop and backyard may be used for small private gatherings within agreed guidelines.

A fixed breakfast can be arranged at an additional cost with prior confirmation. Please refer to the Culinary Menu section for details.

Guests are welcome to order food via Swiggy, Zomato, or Instamart.

If using the kitchen, please maintain cleanliness after cooking. Avoid disposing of food waste in sinks.

Basic laundry usage can be arranged upon request. Washing machine access may be provided for long stay guests with prior approval. Ironing facilities can also be arranged.

The projector and media equipment must be used responsibly. Please switch off all electronics when not in use.

During day time, the media room may also be used as a casual work space. Kindly ensure furniture and equipment are not rearranged without permission.

High speed WiFi is provided for browsing, work, and streaming. Guests are expected to use the internet responsibly and refrain from accessing illegal content or engaging in unlawful downloads.

Please dispose of waste in designated bins. Separate dry and wet waste where possible.

Do not flush sanitary products, wipes, or foreign objects into toilets.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Designated outdoor areas may be used with care.

Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted. Any damage caused due to negligence will be charged.

Hot water is available in all bathrooms. Please switch off geysers when not required.

A first aid box is available on the premises for basic medical needs. In case of emergency, please inform the host immediately.

Fire extinguishers are installed in designated areas of the house. Guests are requested not to tamper with safety equipment unless required during an emergency.

Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the backyard, rooftop, and outdoor shower areas.

Wheelchair ramp access is available. Kindly inform us in advance if any special assistance is required.

Parking is available within the premises. Please park responsibly without blocking access areas.

If the driver room is used, basic cleanliness and discipline must be maintained.

Guests are fully responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, and vehicles during their stay. La Rose will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items.

We recommend that guests keep valuables secured at all times and ensure doors and windows are properly locked when leaving the villa.

A caretaker is available for basic assistance. Please coordinate respectfully.

The hosts reside on the property but will not interfere with guest privacy. However, we are always available should you require support or local recommendations.
